Nose-to-tail dining returns for a second round.
Following our previous special, we are once again dedicating ourselves to utilizing the entire animal—this time focusing on beef—and bringing traditional butcher-style cuisine to the table. From various sausage specialties to other classic creations, we have crafted a menu that showcases the incredible flavor found in every part of the animal.
