Creative director and TV personality The Duc Ngo is taking over our kitchen for one night. The Berlin-based chef and restaurateur is renowned for top-tier, Japanese-inspired cuisine, uncompromising product quality, and genuine culinary craftsmanship—a signature style that blends Japanese precision with seasonal, regional produce and select ingredients sourced directly from Japan. Now, he is bringing his exclusive Berlin pop-up concept, Le Duc, to Lake Constance.
Set against the unique backdrop of Schloss Montfort, The Duc Ngo will serve a five-course menu created specifically for this evening. What exactly will be on the plates remains our little secret for now. One thing is certain, however: seats are strictly limited.
