Our "Winter Vibes" event offers not a traditional seated dinner, but a delightful, dynamic evening: a premium "flying buffet" featuring cold and warm creations—plus a sweet finale—served throughout the night.

Wineries Aufricht and Prost Frau Trost will be on hand to present their exceptional wines, while the Meckatzer brewery joins the event to showcase its finest hop-based beverages at the castle. The evening will be accompanied by live music and the unique winter atmosphere of Schloss Montfort.
The culinary offerings are varied and seasonal: from hot-smoked duck ham with Waldorf salad, brook trout tartare with its own caviar, and braised Allgäu ox cheeks to mini lobster rolls and roasted Hokkaido pumpkin with tahini. For the sweet finale, look forward to oven-fresh baked apples and white Valrhona chocolate mousse.

And for those not ready to head home after "Winter Vibes," the fun continues: the night goes on at Club Arguna Royal.

Club admission is not included in the "Winter Vibes" price; however, guests can secure early-bird tickets for the after-party right during the event.

We will not be offering à la carte dining on the evening of the event. Only the flying buffet menu curated for "Winter Vibes" will be served; ordering dishes outside of this menu is not possible.
